Ok so basiclly it's an anime based rpg game that kind of resembles some old-skool classic games like the Final Fantasy early series and Zelda on snes.
The game is 2d characters in a 3d world, It has a lot of charm and class that you would typiclly find in eastern and japanese animimation over that of our westeren animation.
This game is simple at face value, But has huge amounts of depth and enough diffrent activitys to keep you hooked for (well this is my 6th year playing the game on and off O.o).
First off I'll just link some things that you should and will want to know.

Oh and just so you know, Don't worry if your pc is kinda slow or lame, I used to run this game on a single core prosceor with 512mb of ram and a crappy old gfx card and it ran fine.
Basiclly if you bought a PC this century and it has XP it'll run fine.
